new class !!! Movement Arts & Calisthenics
This class is open to all who desire to build the basic foundations of strength, mobility, and general overall movement. it comprises of elements ( and not limited to), dance, gymnastics, classical martial arts, acrobatics, yoga, and hand balancing, We take from all different modalities of movement. We use whatever works, examine it, analyze it, play with it and make it our own. We find our starting points, and progress into more complexity over time. Working in groups, we learn to progress through collective knowledge. Personal training is very beneficial, but so much more can be learned in small groups of practitioners sharing ideas and various practices.
