MOVEMENT ARTS COLLABORATIVE ?
The Movement Arts Collaborative is a facility and culture in which we intent to offer many different modalities of movement practice. We offer various styles of martial arts, gymnastic conditioning, movement classes, strength and fitness, body balancing and various styles of dance. We are constantly seeking out teachers to contribute unique forms of movement and culture. Many of the students will take advantage of two more more of the classes being offered. We firmly believe that learning from various forms movement will enhance our body’s ability to move and feel better and adapt to the constant changing environment. Through collective knowledge of all the practitioners and sharing each others specialties, experiences, and research, we become more effectively rounded human beings. We are proud to have such a fine group of open minded students and teachers, and look forward to this collaboration growing and evolving.
