NUTRITION COACHING IS ANOTHER SERVICE I PROVIDE. PURCHASING AND PREPARING THE PROPER FOODS IS A BIG PART OF STAYING HEALTHY AND FIT. WEIGHT LOSS IS MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE EATING RATHER THAN HOW MUCH YOU ARE EXERCISING.  I CAN REVIEW YOUR DIET AND RECOMMEND CERTAIN FOODS TO SUBSTITUTE FOR OTHERS TO HELP YOU LOSE THE WEIGHT YOU WANT.  FURTHER MORE, I CAN ALSO TAKE A TRIP TO THE GROCERY STORE WITH YOU AND TEACH YOU HOW TO SHOP FOR THE PROPER FOODS.  BY TEACHING YOU HOW TO READ FOOD LABELS, AND WHAT FOODS TO STAY AWAY FROM, YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT,  BECOME HEALTHIER , FEEL YOUNGER AND HAVE MORE ENERGY.   I AM ALSO AVAILABLE TO COME TO YOUR HOME AND SHOW YOU THE MANY WAYS OF COOKING QUICK, EASY,  HEALTHY MEALS ON A BUDGET, OR WITH THE INGREDIENTS YOU HAVE IN YOUR HOME.  EATING HEALTHY IS ACTUALLY LESS EXPENSIVE THAN EATING JUNK.
