PERSONAL STRENGTH AND MOBILITY TRAINING

Michael offers in-person, and online personal training to increase strength, mobility, and muscle tone.  In a very effective, and proven approach, Michael will show you how to increase your body's nautral ability to move with more ease, and increase strength. The only thing that he will not be able to control is you giving up on yourself. Michael  will help you to stay motivated, and will be in close contact to make sure you are on the right track. 

 

Personal nutritional coaching for weight gain or loss

Michael will listen to the issues that are troubling you, and set you on a program that you will be able to follow, and fit into your personal life style.   

Personal Training & Coaching is available on a monthly program basis. Your first phone or email consultation is complementary. At that point, a $700 per month, for the first 2 months will be due.  A two month minimum is required. This is because Michael believes that you need to give it a fair amount of time for benefits to be seen and felt. Commitment and discipline is required. There after, $300 per month will be charged, and due at the first of every month.  Payable by personal or bank check.  No contracts, stop at anytime you wish.

The program will involve a weekly online, phone (facetime), or in-person session. Exercises will be given,  and will progress week after week according to your ability to move forward.

Nutritional advice will also be discussed, and suggestions given to accomplish your goals.

Michael strongly believes that the food you eat, your lifestyle, your desire for commitment and discipline, and the physical movement you employ, all works together to keep you healthy, mobile and strong.

 

Program Investment

First Consultation ( phone or email) is complimentary

Two month commitment $700 ( 8 sessions ) Cannot be extended beyond two months. Use it or lose it. 

Every month thereafter, $300 due at the 1st of every month ( 4 sessions per month )

No contract-Stop at anytime

One session per week ( in person or on-line by appointment)

Online support 7 days per week (email, or phone by appointment) 

 

 Michael  makes himself available to answer your questions 7 days a week regarding your training. Michael believes that Personal attention is of outmost importance.
