Mike Polito will be giving a four week (four classes) workshop in movement practice. Each class will focus on different elements, and will include; play, flexibility and mobility drills, physical riddles, sensitivity awareness, hand balancing, strength. and other drills and practices to bring our body and minds once again closer to nature. Through this movement series, you will learn many of the tools to progress and improve as a mover, with improved strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility.
