NO SECRETS OR MAGIC FORMULAS. JUST NATURE'S WAY.  BY NO MEANS ARE THESE PROTOCOLS MEANT TO BE A CURE FOR DISEASE OR ILLNESS, BUT THEY ARE EXCELLENT METHODS FOR PROMOTING GOOD HEALTH SIMILAR TO ANY OTHER LEGITIMATE,  NATURAL ACTIVITY OR DIET.  I ONLY SUGGEST NATURAL AND SAFE WAYS OF APPROACHING FITNESS AND TOTAL WELLNESS.  I ALWAYS TELL MY STUDENTS TO FACT CHECK ANYTHING THEY ARE TOLD, OR READ BEFORE APPLYING IT TO THEIR OWN BODIES, AND ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY NEW REGIMEN, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ON ANY MEDICATION, HAVE EXISTING HEALTH PROBLEMS, OR ON ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL TREATMENT OR DOCTORS DIRECTIONS.  RECONNECT WITH NATURE.
